Cooking Demonstration with Chef Dan Overstreet

Join The Garden Café’s chef Dan Overstreet as he demonstrates cooking techniques and shares some of his favorite recipes. The menu includes sushi grade Ahi tuna pan seared and shingled over organic Pacific wakame, covered in a chef inspired ginger soy vinaigrette. Accompanied by chicken satay skewers atop a bed of Watercress and mandarin salad with a house made lemongrass dressing. Mock cocktails will also be served.
Dan has been preparing culinary delights for over 20 years and is currently the Manager and Head Chef of The Garden Café.
