Professional and Amateur Photographers are welcome to take casual photos for personal use and enjoyment.  However, any photography sessions that are promotional, commercial, or intended for publication (including galleries) require prior approval and a $250 photo shoot fee – per visit.  To register for a professional shoot, please contact 772-794-0601 ext 108

Photographers are asked to avoid photographing children or adults who are enjoying the garden during a photo session, and at no time, should a photo of an adult or child in the garden be used on social media or in advertising without the specific, written permission of the subject – knowingly or unknowingly captured in a photo.  It is the responsibility of the photographer, not McKee Botanical Garden, to obtain this written permission.
