In this talk and chocolate tasting event founder, Denise Castronovo, will lead a tasting of Castronovo’s award-winning, fine-flavor chocolate made locally in Stuart from bean to bar. She will tell her remarkable stories about biocultural conservation from her journeys to source the cacao behind each chocolate origin.
