Join Rebeca in the Education Building for 60 minutes of gentle and calming all-levels yoga, that will help you increase your body awareness, mindfulness and create active relaxation. No experience with yoga is necessary. These yoga classes in slow conscious movement can be essential for our health and well-being. Being surrounded by the natural world while practicing mindful movement and breathing will help you to build and strengthen your perception universe – including recognizing and noticing external and internal stimuli. *
Please consider bringing a yoga mat or large towel and a water bottle.
