Gretta brings a powerful seminar, 4 Minute Fitness™, that combines tai chi, yoga, qi gong, and meditation with modern medical discoveries and mental techniques. In this unique workshop, you will learn our Layered Practice™ method. Practicing one principle at a time would consume 16 – 20 minutes. We simply do them simultaneously, so the entire process takes just 4 minutes to complete. Online access to the training program will be provided to participants for helpful reference and review.
