Pilates with Beth Nolan on Wednesday Mornings
Breathe, stretch, strengthen & improve your posture with Pilates.
Beth’s Pilates classes focus on strengthening the core as well as stretching the entire body. Muscles are targeted with specific movements. Modifications are given to suit all levels. Beth Nolan is a former Radio City Rockette who danced professionally for over 20 years. She is certified in “The Method” Pilates and has many years of teaching experience. Beth uses her dance background to assure proper alignment. Please bring a mat and water bottle.
