From the smallest flowering plants to well-recognized fruits and herbs, explore the diverse plant culture in the Garden recognized for its potential to provide human sustenance.
Beginning with a visual presentation introducing participants to a number of plants found at McKee that are consumed by people in various parts of the world. We then head out for an interactive Garden journey identifying some of the more prominent McKee specimens.
